What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and stage glaucomatous conditions
• determine appropriate medical, laser, or surgical intervention
• conduct pre- and post-operative assessments
• perform glaucoma procedures using surgical and laser technologies
• monitor intraocular pressure, optic nerve health, visual fields, and disease progression
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team
• manage ophthalmic conditions with emphasis on glaucoma, angle-closure disease, anterior segment pathology, and cataract-glaucoma co-management.
