What you'll do

• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools, appliances, and drywall
• coordinate work orders and apartment make-ready schedules
• inspect vacant units and complete repairs and replacements before occupancy
• respond to resident and management requests
• inspect the property for maintenance needs and hazards
• perform preventive maintenance
• coordinate warranty work with vendors
• assist with supplies and maintenance budget monitoring
• support hazardous weather response and after-hours service calls as required.
