What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and explain property features
• respond to inquiries professionally
• assess living preferences and budgets to match prospects with apartments
• promote leasing incentives and discounts
• submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director
• maintain a minimum 33% closing ratio
• update online advertising daily with current pricing and availability
• record a daily 90–100% engagement score in Knock
• monitor local market conditions
• prepare recently vacated units for prospective resident viewings.

Why this role
