What you'll do

• Monitor OT system health and uptime
• perform supervised endpoint hardware support
• complete backup, log, scheduled-job, and system-health checklists
• fulfill Tier 1 access requests
• update asset and configuration records
• assist with basic virtual machine activities
• validate inventory information
• support field installation and maintenance activities
• document NERC CIP evidence
• stage approved patches
• and follow procedures while escalating exceptions.
