Production Worker — Night Shift

The Production Worker role is onsite in Channahon, IL. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, plus a night-shift differential. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Valto produces fiber-reinforced polymer composite panels for building materials, recreational vehicles, and transportation. The worker supports production by handling finished materials, packaging products, operating line equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role helps ensure finished products are properly prepared and meet customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist the coiler or stack finished material
• label and count products and place them by grade
• ensure products meet quality-system requirements
• package and band materials and build skids
• operate trim choppers, trim winders, and trash compactors
• ensure tools and equipment are available and safe
• maintain a clean work area
• understand production run sheets
• report issues to the group leader
• assist or train personnel assigned to the back end of the line
• comply with 5S and TPM requirements.
