What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including FBAs
• design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• analyze client data and adjust plans
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
