What you'll do

• Organize invitations to bid
• prepare quantity takeoffs and estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• evaluate labor pricing and production
• consult with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• review and package final estimates
• communicate project and bid information during handoffs
• create CAD details as needed
• prepare submittal packages for large-scale and government projects.
