What you'll do

• Monitor meal plating
• audit meal and component weights
• record quantities checked and sent to sealing
• update the tracking system with meal photos
• identify contamination deviations and notify chefs
• collaborate with sealing to resolve issues
• report production-line shortages at shift end.
