What you'll do

• Lead, train, mentor, and develop estimators
• oversee cost estimates from conceptual budgets through final bids
• develop standardized estimating processes and tools
• direct quantity takeoffs, production rates, and cost analysis
• maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• lead bid reviews and strategy sessions
• evaluate risks, constructability, and market conditions
• support business development with conceptual budgets and preconstruction input.
