Job overview
The Maintenance Technician is an onsite role based in Cave Creek, AZ. The pay range is $19.00–$27.00 per hour. This role supports the facilities team at El Encanto Restaurants. This role exists to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for buildings and grounds across multiple facilities. The Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of structures, equipment, and appliances to support restaurant operations.
What you'll do
- Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazier, masonry and painting tasks
- Repair and treat structures such as floors, showers, sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets
- Clean debris from roof gutters
- Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs
- Change filters on ventilation units
- Hook up and service kitchen appliances
- Assist in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors
- Complete service requests and update work logs.
