What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care under practitioner orders and the client’s care plan
• maintain and document orders and changes
• provide personal care, monitoring, medication administration, client teaching, emergency intervention, and specialized pediatric services such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings
• collaborate with the care team
• promote safety
• coordinate care and attend agency meetings as requested.
