The CNC Mill Operator — Morning Shift role is onsite in the San Fernando Valley, CA. Compensation is $25–$26 per hour, DOE. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The operator works with engineering and manufacturing personnel to machine precision metal parts. The role sets up and operates CNC mills, checks part quality, and addresses basic production issues. Accurate machining and adherence to procedures support manufacturing quality and continuous improvement objectives.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC mills
• test and run CNC part programs
• monitor machine performance
• read and interpret standard and metric blueprints
• convert between measurement systems
• use machinist tools and precision instruments to verify part quality
• apply shop mathematics and machining practices
• troubleshoot basic production issues
• collaborate with engineering and manufacturing personnel
• follow safety and manufacturing procedures.

Why this role
