What you'll do

• Assist with sushi preparation and food assembly
• prepare and portion ingredients, including raw fish
• prepare cooked menu items
• monitor cooking times and food quality
• follow food safety, sanitation, temperature, storage, and cross-contamination requirements
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• package, label, restock, and check product freshness
• maintain clean work areas
• assist with opening and closing procedures
• provide customer service.
