What you'll do

• Oversee daily shop operations
• coordinate with the Service Manager, Foreman, and Office Manager
• monitor workflow, vehicle flow, scheduling, staffing, and capacity
• set expectations and track performance
• identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• support resolution of employee, customer, and operational issues
• recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain employees
• communicate regularly with ownership.
