It contributes to airworthiness, compliance, safety, and consistent quality in aircraft and engine component work.

What you'll do

• Supervise Quality personnel
• ensure inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities comply with applicable requirements
• review documentation for accuracy, completeness, traceability, and compliance
• support the Quality Management System and audits
• identify nonconformances and coordinate corrective actions
• assist with root-cause investigations
• monitor calibration and equipment use
• coordinate with Production, Operations, and Engineering
• provide employee training and guidance
• maintain quality records and promote continuous improvement.
