What you'll do

• Create and implement a national U.S. sales plan for Digital Solutions
• establish sales objectives and key performance indicators
• develop the go-to-market model for ICONICS solutions across direct, channel, and partner sales
• identify target accounts and specification opportunities
• coordinate cross-functional teams to secure business
• represent IAD at industry events
• work with Marketing on trends, campaigns, and trade shows
• provide market and competitor analysis and sales reports
• lead, coach, recruit, and retain the national sales team
• monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
