What you'll do

• Allocate talent across brands and disciplines based on skills, availability, and business priority
• assess capacity feasibility and delivery milestones during project intake
• forecast short- and long-term capacity needs
• rebalance workloads against utilization targets
• maintain resource request, project handoff, and initiative-tracking frameworks
• audit timesheets, track PTO, and deliver weekly utilization reports
• manage award submission logistics and timelines
• coordinate external staffing onboarding, offboarding, and allocation tracking.
