What you'll do

• Run shifts as the store operating manager
• prepare orders and kitchen ingredients
• complete daily prep, including washing and chopping vegetables and restocking
• smoke and cut chicken
• maintain and sanitize the cooking station
• coach and train staff
• assist management with store duties
• take orders, process payments, and answer calls
• resolve customer concerns
• foster teamwork and follow company, labor, and health standards.
