What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and company policies
• lead, train, and develop associates
• monitor store performance and patient and customer experiences
• partner with the Doctor to support patient care
• conduct store audits and uphold quality, merchandising, and service standards
• communicate with the District Manager and provide reporting
• maintain corporate and safety standards
• execute marketing and promotional initiatives
• manage budgets, supplies, and inventory
• recruit, hire, retain, and schedule associates
• provide feedback and performance evaluations
• maintain associate records and policy compliance.

Why this role

Requires ABO and NCLE certification and 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Optical industry knowledge and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are preferred.
