What you'll do

• Own test-request intake, triage, and scheduling workflow in Linear
• define request templates and pre-filter standards with TPMs
• run weekly cross-site scheduling meetings
• set lead-time standards and an expedited path for emergencies
• resolve operational conflicts and escalate tradeoffs
• book contracted test tracks and manage vendor and facility operations
• coordinate trucks, drivers, and track slots with site supervisors
• forecast and manage track operations spending
• publish weekly funnel metrics
• conduct monthly backlog reviews, SLA breach reviews, and ticket data audits
• improve intake, scheduling, and reporting processes.
