What you'll do

• Develop and execute the capital project and engineering solutions strategy
• identify target markets, customers, EPCs, and project types
• build a qualified pipeline and forecasting process
• determine staffing needs and develop the team
• expand relationships with EPCs, engineering firms, industrial companies, and procurement teams
• position Progressive Pumps early in project lifecycles
• lead development of pump and rotating-equipment solutions
• provide technical leadership
• lead project pursuits, proposals, and negotiations
• manage margins, contractual risk, payment terms, execution, pipeline, and forecasting.
