Burger King Shift Lead

The Burger King Shift Lead role is onsite in Petoskey, MI; compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports restaurant operations and guest service for the Burger King location operated by Northwind Investments. The Shift Lead helps execute daily restaurant procedures alongside the General Manager, guiding team members and maintaining service, food quality and safety standards. The role also supports training, guest issue resolution and operational performance during shifts.

What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and brand image
• follow daily operating procedures
• encourage excellent guest service and food quality
• support sales growth initiatives
• help train employees and identify internal Shift Lead candidates
• respond to guest concerns and escalate as needed
• assist with operational and financial performance analysis
• monitor costs and budget adherence
• comply with labor laws and regulations.
