General Manager, New Development

What you'll do

• Lead operational preparations and transition from construction to property operations
• establish procedures, staffing plans, service standards, and workflows
• oversee move-in planning and unit readiness
• manage budgets, forecasts, financial controls, and vendor expenses
• oversee leasing, marketing, occupancy, and revenue strategies
• supervise and develop the onsite team
• ensure regulatory compliance, safety, reporting, and risk management.

Why this role
