Responsible for instructing swimmers in skills and strategies for improving swim strokes; develop and direct athlete expectations; communicate with swimmers, parents, Rolling Hills staff, officials and other coaches. Schedule and coordinate swim meets. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations:. Knowledge of First Aid, CPR and AED rescue procedures.
