The Growth Team Member position is onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $130,000–$170,000 base salary, plus $20,000–$30,000 variable compensation, with stated on-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000 and meaningful equity. The role supports Listen Labs, an AI-powered research platform that helps teams gain insights from customer interviews. Working with the Head of Growth and teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and the founders, this execution-focused role helps scale annual recurring revenue. It launches campaigns, runs experiments, supports events, and partners on product-led growth while helping establish growth processes.

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, SEO/AEO, paid media, and outbound
• run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion
• plan and run conferences, dinners, webinars, and field marketing
• track campaign performance and build reports
• partner with Product and Engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and viral growth.
