The Drafter role is onsite in Gray, LA, with compensation of $60,000–$75,000 per year. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions to clients across North America.

What you'll do

• Create 3D models, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• develop and maintain bills of materials
• ensure designs meet engineering standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing needs
• collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams
• review designs and provide technical support during fabrication and installation
• assist with design reviews, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• mentor junior designers and support technical documentation.
