What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting
• support cooking, housekeeping, laundry, shopping, budgeting, and purchases
• administer medications and complete required documentation
• accompany residents to appointments, recreation, and community outings
• maintain a clean living environment
• participate in assessments, service planning, and team meetings
• communicate health, safety, and behavioral concerns
• follow OPWDD regulations and attend required training.
