What you'll do

• Oversee daily HR operations and assigned personnel
• advise leaders on employee relations, performance, corrective action, and policy interpretation
• coordinate investigations and conflict resolution
• assist with collective bargaining agreements and grievances
• oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• maintain confidential personnel records and HRIS data
• coordinate leave, accommodations, benefits processes, and personnel changes
• support legal and policy compliance, audits, surveys, workforce planning, and process improvement
• and monitor HR indicators.
