What you'll do

• Prepare food according to written menus
• serve appropriate portions at specified times
• maintain preparation, cooking, storage, dish-room, and dining-room cleanliness
• review diet slips and plan cooking schedules
• make dietary substitutions as directed by the Dietary Manager, dietitian therapists, or medical staff
• follow dietary, patient-rights, USDA, and sanitation procedures.
