The Human Resources Generalist role is in person at the organization’s Brick, NJ office. Pay is $23.50–$25.50 per hour. The role supports the Human Resources Department by coordinating onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, workers’ compensation, internship activities, and human resources information system administration. It helps maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with employment requirements.

What you'll do

• Monitor new-hire orientation checklists and introductory reviews
• coordinate pre-employment medical and fingerprinting clearances
• administer employee leaves and workers’ compensation processes
• maintain OSHA injury logs
• process employee status changes and separation letters
• coordinate exit interviews and internship paperwork
• support audits and maintain employment-law compliance and secure records.
