What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis and document findings
• adjust treatment plans as indicated and notify appropriate clinical staff. Provide hemodialysis care, educate patients and families, administer prescribed medications, assist with emergency response, and collaborate on nursing assessments and care plans. Support laboratory procedures and patient awareness of transplant and treatment options.
