What you'll do

• Interview donors and review medical histories
• conduct health assessments and evaluate screening and laboratory results
• counsel donors about reactive results and refer them for follow-up
• explain informed consent
• respond to medical emergencies within SOPs and escalate as needed
• review donor suitability and immunization schedules
• record donor data
• maintain a clean, safe work environment and confidential records.

Why this role
