What you'll do

• Complete initial credentialing and recredentialing applications with commercial and government payers
• maintain provider information in credentialing databases, payer portals, and internal systems
• update and re-attest CAQH profiles
• track application statuses, expirations, and renewals
• collect documentation from providers and resolve discrepancies
• collaborate with billing teams
• respond to payer requests
• ensure compliance with credentialing guidelines and timelines
• audit records and maintain activity logs and reports.
