What you'll do

• Advise health care clients on regulatory and compliance matters
• analyze federal and state health care laws affecting providers and organizations
• assist with operational, transactional, and regulatory issues
• conduct legal research and prepare client-facing analyses
• draft policies, agreements, memoranda, and regulatory submissions
• work with clients and senior attorneys on complex matters.
