Reconstruction Tradesman

The Reconstruction Tradesman role is onsite in Snohomish, WA. Pay is $28–$32 per hour. PureDry Restoration responds to property damage with water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction services. The tradesman completes residential repair and remodeling work to help return customers’ homes to their pre-loss condition. Working with project managers, the role handles punch-list items, work orders, and warranty repairs while maintaining workmanship, job-site safety, and respectful communication with homeowners.

What you'll do

• Complete punch-list items, work orders, and warranty repairs
• perform drywall, trim, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
• install or repair tile when applicable
• identify quality concerns in subcontractor or trade work and report them to project managers
• maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• communicate with homeowners
• protect home surfaces
• maintain company vehicles
• identify materials needed for assigned work.
