What you'll do

• Build and lead PEAKS’ accounting and FP&A function
• establish processes, controls, systems, and calendars
• own monthly close, GAAP financial statements, consolidation, and technical accounting
• lead the business-side ERP implementation
• manage budgets, reforecasts, long-range plans, and variance analysis
• support financial models, acquisitions, and quarterly reporting
• hire and develop the team.
