Shift Lead — Car Wash Operations and Membership Sales

The Shift Lead role is onsite in Titusville, FL; base pay is $18 per hour plus $3 commission for each membership sold. The role supports daily operations and sales at Big Dan’s Car Wash, a fully automated express car wash business.

What you'll do

• Support the Operating Partner and General Manager with daily operations, team leadership, and sales performance
• serve as key holder and shift leader when they are absent
• engage customers and sell monthly wash memberships at the pay station
• maintain a safe, clean, and friendly customer experience
• follow operating systems
• and lead by example.
