What you'll do

• Maintain records and prepare reports
• instruct operators in molding techniques, procedures, product quality, and housekeeping
• supply materials and support production efficiency
• set up startup molds and change cavities or inserts
• monitor rubber material usage
• report breakdowns and make minor repairs
• work with engineering on process improvements
• relieve operators for breaks as directed
• follow safety rules.
