The Cook role is onsite in Novato, CA. Pay is $17.60–$20.40 per hour. The cook prepares meals and supplements for residents at Novato Healthcare Center. The role helps meet residents’ nutritional needs by preparing timely, attractive meals in accordance with applicable requirements. It also supports safe, sanitary food service and may supervise staff when the Director of Nutritional Services is absent.

• Prepare nutritious and attractive meals and supplements for residents according to federal, state, and corporate requirements
• perform duties safely and sanitarily
• supervise staff in the Director of Nutritional Services’ absence
• attend required meetings and in-services
• present a professional image, address consumer concerns according to company standards, and protect resident rights.
