Milton Hershey School is a residential school for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role involves providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support to students in a home-like environment. Houseparents are responsible for managing household routines, student schedules, and fostering students' academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
