What you'll do

• Provide ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings
• understand each client’s treatment plan and goals
• implement individualized plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision
• use positive reinforcement and reinforcement-based procedures
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• maintain accurate session records
• collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans.
