The Housekeeping Runner role is onsite in Orlando, FL, at Westgate Blue Tree Resort. Pay is $16 per hour. The runner supports housekeeping by delivering and retrieving guest amenities, supplies, and equipment, and responding to service requests. The role helps keep guest needs and housekeeping operations moving promptly while maintaining organized storage areas and safe handling of equipment and keys.

What you'll do

• Use HotSOS to receive and respond to service orders
• meet service-level targets of 30 minutes for guest requests and 60 minutes for internal requests
• deliver linens and guest items, including cribs and highchairs
• offer to make beds when requested
• retrieve used items for sanitation
• maintain clean, organized, stocked storage areas
• secure and return equipment and keys
• report damaged items
• follow safety procedures and assist other departments as needed.
