What you'll do

• Maintain floor presence and oversee assigned production lines
• coach and train production personnel
• lead staff to meet production targets
• ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including HACCP, SQF, and USDA requirements
• conduct pre-shift meetings and start-up and end-of-shift checks
• complete shift reports and documentation
• enforce attendance and conduct policies
• coordinate with QA, maintenance, and sanitation
• monitor equipment settings and process standards
• review quality-control documents and reconcile overrun.
