The Home Health Registered Nurse role is onsite, providing home visits across Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax, VA. Pay is $70–$120 per hour. Talin Home Healthcare provides patient-centered care to people in the Northern Virginia community. The role exists to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and coordinate individualized care with patients, families, physicians, therapists, and other care team members. The nurse assesses patients, provides ordered clinical treatments, monitors progress, and educates patients and families to support care at home.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• administer medications and provide wound care, wound vac, IV therapy, ostomy care, and other ordered treatments
• monitor and document progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• educate patients and families
• coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and team members
• maintain timely clinical documentation.
