What you'll do

• Support supervision of community associates
• participate in customer service and leasing
• assist leasing and marketing
• prepare new and renewal lease paperwork
• recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions
• review resident files and accounting records
• communicate about outstanding balances and support collection procedures
• assist resident loyalty and retention initiatives
• collect, post, and deposit rents and other income
• support occupancy and collections goals.
