The Program Security Representative II role is onsite in El Segundo, CA; compensation is not specified. P-11 Security provides integrated security, cybersecurity, and information technology services for defense, military, government, and education clients. The role provides day-to-day multidisciplinary security support for customer Special Access Programs (SAPs), including collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities. It helps safeguard sensitive information, assess security procedures and risks, and support compliance and security awareness.

What you'll do

• Support SAP, SCI, and collateral security activities
• help develop and implement safeguarding policies and Operations Security training
• assess procedures and identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks
• conduct and document facility compliance reviews and track corrective actions
• brief government and civilian personnel
• investigate suspected loss or compromise of classified information
• coordinate security education lessons learned.

Why this role

Requires 8–10 years of related experience, a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and eligibility for SAP access; willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph.
