The Night Certified Nursing Assistant or Personal Care Assistant role is onsite in Fortson, GA, providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Pay is $14–$15 per hour. The role also includes companionship, household support, and reporting changes or safety concerns to the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• assist with ambulation, positioning, and transfers
• prepare meals and provide companionship and light housekeeping
• accompany clients to errands and medical appointments
• provide medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance
• assist with additional care tasks when trained and appropriate
• follow care plans and report changes or concerns.
