The role exists to represent policyholders in insurance disputes and manage cases from inception through resolution. It also contributes to practice growth by developing client relationships and pursuing local business development opportunities.

What you'll do

• Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance matters, including coverage disputes, claim denials, and bad-faith claims
• review policies and claim materials
• conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• manage a caseload and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel
• represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• advise policyholders on rights and options
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
• market to potential clients and build local business with business development and marketing support.

Why this role
