Job overview

What you'll do
- Coordinate the daily packaging plan and pack crew
- supervise daily operations and help meet production goals
- train crew members on operating procedures, safety, and food safety
- follow standard procedures, inspections, and quality requirements
- communicate product or equipment irregularities
- maintain accurate testing and food-safety records
- ensure the work area is safe, clean, and organized
- report food-safety and quality problems.
