What you'll do

• Install low-voltage voice, data, security, paging, nurse-call, and fiber-optic cabling
• cross-connect cable
• splice and terminate fiber according to color codes
• test polarity and connectivity and make repairs
• install racks and patch panels
• set up computer rooms
• complete paperwork accurately and promptly
• follow company and OSHA safety standards.
